Shipping

West Malaysia : We offer FREE standard door-to-door delivery service with a minimum purchase of RM350. A flat-fee of RM10 applies if minimum purchase cannot be met.

East Malaysia : We offer FREE standard door-to-door delivery service with a minimum purchase of RM500 for every 1kg. A flat-fee of RM20 applies if minimum purchase cannot be met.

We provide delivery to all parts of Malaysia.

 

We aim to dispatch your order ASAP after you have placed your order. 

Shipping lead times are within 1-7 working days (1-3 working days for West Malaysia, 2-7 working days for East Malaysia) after dispatch. Our Customer Service team will assist you should there be any enquiries.

The customer is responsible in ensuring that the address stated for shipping is accessible for deliveries. We will not be held responsible for parcel redirections, redeliveries or losses that might arise from such attempts.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, you can use this to view the status of your order. If you have not received your tracking number within the next working day, please contact Customer Service.

Delays are commonly caused by wrong information provided by Customer, import delays, and/or high demand of orders. Acme Online Store will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data provided by Customer is incorrect. However, our Customer Service team is always happy to provide any assistance.

REFUND OF GOODS

We hope that your order will be just what you want. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, we have the right to approve/reject/partially refund you the amount after careful inspection of your returned goods.

Disclaimer :

  • Change of Mind return policy only applies to full priced item at time of purchase.
  • Goods must be unused and in the original complete packaging. Please take note that once the goods are removed, the item intended for return will be rejected.
  • The delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
  • Purchase of sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless it is a wrong or faulty item.

You are responsible for all shipment cost incurred in the order, and the courier/transportation cost incurred for returning the merchandise to our head office in Malaysia. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels.

Before returning the item, please send a request of return to our Customer Service team on WhatsApp or email. Our team will acknowledge and accept/reject your request to return.

For accepted returns, you must return the merchandise to assigned location within 7 days and take reasonable care of all goods both in your possession and in process of transfer/delivery, including but not limited to the appropriate package to avoid any damage. 

Our Customer Service team will inspect the merchandise and advice on the refund eligibility. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed upon receiving your returned item(s).

In the event that the Return Parcel does not reach us within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We do our best to ensure all items are thoroughly checked for functionality before shipping out. However, please contact Customer Service for further arrangements and we are happy to assist you further.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Product prices quoted do not include delivery costs.  Any delivery or handling charges in relation to your order will be notified to you at the time you place your order and be added to the price.

 

Prices are the prices listed on the website at the time the order is submitted, and the prices are given in Malaysia Ringgit.  Acme Online Mall reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the website at any time.

We may at any time modify any relevant Terms and Conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant Terms and Conditions (the “current version”) and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

Neither Acme Online Mall nor any of its affiliates and subsidiaries, including Keng Yew Dental Sdn.Bhd., shall be liable for any failure/delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. If such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law, and any disputes arising in connection with this website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire agreement between you and Acme Online Mall in relation to your use of the Website, and the supply of the products to you by Acme Online Mall. These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except by us in writing or by e-mail. Neither you nor Acme Online Mall shall be bound by any express, tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless specifically stated these Terms and Conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representation, whether written or oral, between you and Acme Online Mall.

You consent to any personal information which we may obtain about you via (either this website, by email, telephone or any other means) being collected, stored, and otherwise processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, and post an updated version of the Privacy Policy at the Privacy Policy section of this Website.

These Terms and Conditions are binding upon the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. These Terms and Conditions will not be assignable/transferable by you without our prior written consent. No failure or delay by a party in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other such right, power, or privilege. You and Acme Online Mall are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms and Conditions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, all of which will remain in full force and effect.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your Acme Online Mall password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify Acme Online Mall and change your password.

You can see, review and change most of your personal information by signing on to Acme Online Mall. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. In some cases, once you make a public posting on the site, you may not be able to change or remove it.

You can browse the acmeonlinemall.com website, or related sites, without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you register for an account with us by giving your personal information, and you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the Malaysia.

We collect personal information in order to provide you with the use of and access to our sites, applications, services and tools, and to help us personalize and improve your experience.

When you visit or interact with our sites, services, applications, and tools, we or our authorized service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies for storing information to help provide you with a better, faster, and safer experience.

Upon your request, and subject to the provisions in this section, we will close your account, as soon as reasonably possible, remove your personal information so that it cannot be viewed by other users. Removal will be based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We may also close or deactivate inactive accounts, or accounts that are used in violation of our User Agreement.

In general, personal information from closed or inactive accounts will be deleted or rendered anonymous as soon as reasonably possibly after the account is closed or deactivated. Under certain circumstances we may retain personal information from closed or inactive accounts for longer. Grounds for doing so would include; prevention of fraud, collection of fees owed, resolution of disputes, to enforce our Aacme Online Mall User Agreement, or to otherwise take actions permitted by law. Under such circumstances this information will be kept as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations, and to comply with any applicable law.
